All of our Rolling Stones designs are fully licensed via Bravado and also, when applicable, the CLC/Affinity.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
*THIS POLICY IS FOR RETAIL ORDERS ONLY*
Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please email hello@shoplivylu.com to request the address and return instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your return shipment.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if any these conditions are not met.
All discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you purchased an item directly from us at market or pop-up shop event, all items are FINAL SALE and no refund/exchange will be issued.
SHIPPING:
If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is an error caused by LivyLu.
Please note: LivyLu is not responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to track your package.
LIVYLU WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
While we prefer our retailers to have a physical, brick & mortar store, we will approve online retailers on an individual basis.
We provide territory protection on an individual basis.
o Retailers with more than one location must receive approval for each location
o Once your account has been approved, you must place your first order within 10 business days
We reserve the right to sell styles not purchased in your store to another retailer in your area on a case by case basis.

Open sizing with a 6 piece minimum per style
Once a style has been ordered, you may request fill-ins in any quantity
We do our best to ship within 2-4 business days although certain situations (market, collegiate season, weather, etc.) could cause delays.
Credit card on account will be charged prior to shipping your order.
o Should your payment be declined, we will contact you for updated information
o If we do not receive new payment information in 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and per the frequency of this occurrence, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
