Unworn or damaged items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please email email@example.com to request the address and return instructions. Please let us know at that time if you are returning or exchanging. If exchanging, tell us the item you'd like to exchange your item(s) for. Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your return shipment.
If the returned item has been worn or was not damaged at the time of purchase, a refund will not be issued. If the item was the wrong size we will gladly send you a different size. All sales are final on all our sale and final clearance items.
If you purchased an item directly from us at market or pop-up shop event, all items are final sale and no refund will be issued.
If returning or exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us unless it is an error caused by LivyLu.
Please note: Livy Lu is not responsible for lost packages. We encourage you to track your package.
Once we receive your return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or exchanged for different item.
