Unworn, unwashed items may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 30 days of purchase. To make a return or exchange, please email hello@shoplivylu.com to request the address and return instructions. Please include the original order invoice, if possible, in your return shipment.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if any these conditions are not met.

If you purchased an item directly from us at market or pop-up shop event, all items are FINAL SALE and no refund/exchange will be issued.
